PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl structure of a motorcycle capable of providing the straightening effect of easily changing the direction in a simple shape. SOLUTION: A notch part 69 extending in the vehicle body longitudinal direction is arranged on a side surface of a front side cowl 65 on the side of a front cowl 60. An upper front side cowl part 66 above this notch part 69 is overhung outside in the vehicle width direction in a front view more than a lower front side cowl part 67 under the notch part 69.
