PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistant-welding gun with which a positional shifting of an electrode part with the pushing pressure in the case of holding a panel to be welded with a movable arm-side electrode and a non-movable arm-side electrode, and a defective welding can be prevented. SOLUTION: The gun body 14 is formed so as to extend along a prescribed straight line shifting axis in the upper and lower direction. The gun body 14 is constituted of; a housing 18, forming a recessed part 19 so that the cross section vertically in the extending direction becomes almost a recessed shape; a fixed arm 22, fixed to the one end part of the housing 18 and provided with a fixed electrode tip 24; a movable arm 26 providing the movable electrode tip 28 corresponding to the fixed electrode tip 24; a guide means 30, supporting the movable electrode 26 so as to be shiftable to the straight line along the straight line shifting axis; and a driving means 40, shifting the movable arm 26 to the straight line through the guide means 30.
