PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic separation liquid-state seasoning which achieves sufficient fresh taste of vegetable as whole salad, when it is added to vegetable for eating of the vegetable as salad, although the seasoning includes a large amount of dietary fiber.SOLUTION: The acidic separation liquid-state seasoning includes 6% or more of a digestion resistant dextrin, in the acidic separation liquid-state seasoning, 20% or less of edible oil, carrot, and onion are blended. A total solid content of carrot and onion with respect to a blended amount 1 part of the digestion resistant dextrin, is 0.01-0.6 parts.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
