PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation and a dosage regimen for antibodies to a particular killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) suitable for the use at the time of promoting useful physiological efficacy in the treatment of cancer and other disorders or diseases.SOLUTION: The invention provides anti-KIR antibodies which regulate NK cell activity in vivo when administering. The antibodies are novel IgG4 isotype anti-KIR antibodies and other IgG4 anti-KIR antibodies. The invention also provides a composition, a formulation, a dosage, and a dosage regimen, suitable for the activation of NK cells containing the antibodies, as well as a therapeutic application of the anti-KIR antibodies, and a kit containing one or more anti-KIR antibodies together with a description for the use in cancer treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
