PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple image processor capable of generating a high quality polarization image.SOLUTION: An image processor 202 includes: a ring-like divided light source 210 which emits two types of polarization illumination; an object lens 203; and a monochrome polarization image pick-up device 211 which includes a mosaic polarizer 205 and a monochrome image pick-up device 207. An image processing section 208 processes to remove halation from a wrap and picks up an image of a perishable foodstuff. The image processor 202 also has an image transmission section 209 to transmit the image to a smart phone in a wireless manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
