PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition reaction curable resin composition high in refractive index of a cured article, low in oxygen transmission rate, good in barrier property of gas generated from sulfur or the like and protecting a surface of a light reflection sheet from corrosion, and an optical semiconductor device.SOLUTION: There are provided an addition reaction curable resin composition containing (A) an organic cyclic compound having two or more functional groups reacting with a SiH group by a hydrosilylation reaction in a molecule, (B) linear organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-binding alkenyl groups reacting with the SiH group and at least one silicon-binding aryl group in a molecule, (C) organo hydrogen polysiloxane having at least two SiH groups in a molecule, (D) a curing catalyst necessary for an addition reaction and (E) an adhesiveness adding agent (E) with a molar ratio of a silicon atom-binding hydrogen group of the organo hydrogen polysiloxane (C) to total alkenyl groups of 0.1 to 4.0 and an optical semiconductor device encapsulated by the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
