PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino acid separation method capable of stably separating amino acid as an element in a state close to an in vivo environment without use of chemical reaction.SOLUTION: An amino acid separation method includes the steps of: preparing a water solution by melting plural kinds of amino acid mixtures A, A, and Ainto water, regarding the water solution as an acid solution (or alkali solution), and electrifying the amino acids A, A, and Awith positive (or negative) charge; generating a stream v in the acid solution 10 (or alkali solution) coaxially and concentrically so as to induce a magnetic field B in the acid solution (or alkali solution), coaxially and concentrically collecting the amino acids A, A, and Ain the respective radii r, r, and r, in which a centrifugal force derived from the stream v and a Lorentz's force derived from the magnetic field B are balanced, so as to form and distribute plural cylindrical amino acid element layers AS, AS, and AS; and selectively or concurrently separately taking out the plural cylindrical amino acid element layers AS, AS, and AS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
