PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component supply device capable of surely taking out and supplying electronic components housed in a component storage tape, and also to provide a reel device, a tape processing device, and a method for replenishing a component storage tape.SOLUTION: An electronic component supply device 1 includes: a reel device 2 having a tape reel 8 around which a component storage tape 100 is wound; and a tape processing device 3 having an electronic component exposure part 18 which exposes the electronic components housed in the component housing tape 100 so as to be extractable.
