PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electrical appliance capable of supplying an electric current to a skin surface and capable of imparting rubbing stimulation to the skin surface.SOLUTION: A rubbing body 141 for imparting a rubbing stimulus to a skin surface is provided in such a manner as to be adjacent to a skin electrode 123 or 130 for supplying an electric current to the skin surface. The plurality of rubbing bodies 141 are provided in such a manner as to surround the periphery of the skin electrode 123 or 130.
