PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich panel production method and a sandwich panel, capable of producing a sandwich panel in which warps which occur after heating and foam, can be reduced.SOLUTION: A sandwich panel production method for producing a belt-like sandwich panel formed by foam formation and molding of a hard urethane foam 3 between face bars 1, 2 which face on vertical both faces, comprises the steps of: supplying the belt-like first face bar 1 on which, a wave-shape is formed along a longitudinal or width direction; supplying the belt-like second face bar 2 formed of a planar plate; supplying a foam stock solution composition of the hard urethane foam 3 on the belt-like first face bar 1 or second face bar 2 which is transported; and transporting the first face bar 1 and the second face bar 2 while performing foam formation processing of the supplied foam stock solution composition, for molding a belt-like sandwich panel P. The method further comprises a step of forming plural recess strips 7 extending along a longitudinal or width direction on the second face bar 2 of the molded belt-like sandwich panel P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
