PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stampable sheet which is excellent in strength, rigidity, conductivity and electromagnetic shielding property and is also excellent in workability such as stamping molding.SOLUTION: A stampable sheet has at least a polypropylene resin layer, and a glass fiber mat layer. The polypropylene resin layer is formed of a polypropylene resin composition having 40-97 wt.% of a polypropylene resin (a) satisfying condition (A-1): propylene-α-olefin block copolymer, and MFR of 50-500 g/10 minutes, and 3-60 wt.% of a carbon fiber (b) satisfying condition (B-1): fiber diameter of 3-15 μm and fiber length of 0.1-20 mm. The glass fiber mat layer is formed of a glass fiber mat (c) satisfying condition (C-1): fiber diameter of 9-25 μm and fiber length of 5 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
