PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical solutions comprising a drug component effective for treating asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, to be used with a medication delivery apparatus, particularly, with a metered dose inhaler.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical solution comprising: (a) a liquefied propellant consisting of 90 weight% or more, preferably 95 weight% or more, preferably 98 weight% or more, particularly preferably consisting entirely of 1,1-difluoroethane (R-152a); (b) ethanol in an amount necessary for dissolving a drug; (c) a drug component dissolved in the propellant/ethanol mixture comprising at least one drug selected from beclomethasone dipropionate (BDP) and fluticasone propionate (FP).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
