An electronic control device (1) is provided with a case (2), a circuit board (3), and a cover (4). The bottom wall section (7) of the case is provided with an insertion guide (30) rising up from the top surface (7a) thereof. The insertion guide (30) has: a guide hole (40) in a top section wall (34), a terminal (18) of a solenoid coil (15) being inserted in the guide hole (40); and a guide groove (42) formed so as to be continuous with the guide hole (40), the guide groove (42) surrounding at least three sides of the terminal (18). The terminal (18) is inserted into the insertion guide (30) through the guide groove (42) from the bottom section of the insertion guide (30), is guided to the guide hole (40) by the guide groove (42), and projects from the insertion guide (30) through the guide hole (40). The top section wall (34) and the circuit board (3) are adjacent, and a through hole (3a) is disposed directly above the guide hole (40), whereby the terminal (18) projecting from the insertion guide (30) is guided to and inserted into the through hole (3a). |
