An adhesive composition comprising: a first (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (A) which contains, as copolymer-constituting monomer units, a monomer having a hydroxyl group and a monomer having a carboxyl group; a second (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (B) which has a smaller weight average molecular weight than that of the copolymer (A) and contains, as copolymer-constituting monomer units, a monomer having a hydroxyl group and a monomer having a carboxyl group; and an isocyanate-type cross-linking agent (C). The adhesive composition is characterized in that: the ratio of the amount of the monomer having a hydroxyl group to the total amount of the copolymer (B)-constituting monomers in the copolymer (B) is larger than the ratio of the amount of the monomer having a hydroxyl group to the total amount of the copolymer (A)-constituting monomers in the copolymer (A); the total amount, expressed in part(s) by mass, of the monomer having a carboxyl group which is a constituent of the copolymer (A) and the monomer having a carboxyl group which is a constituent of the copolymer (B) is 0.1 to 1.0 part by mass relative to the total amount, i.e., 100 parts by mass, of the copolymer (A)-constituting monomers and the copolymer (B)-constituting monomers; and the compounding proportion between the copolymer (A) and the copolymer (B) is 90:10 to 10:90 by mass. |
