The present crusher relates to means for comminuting different materials and can be used in the construction and mining and processing industries. The crusher comprises a housing (1), which rests via elastic shock absorbers on a base (9) and has an outer cone (2) and, disposed in said outer cone on a spherical support (4), an inner cone (3). An eccentric (6) is mounted, via a slide bushing, on a drive shaft (5) of the inner cone (3) such that the centre of gravity relative to the axis of rotation can be adjusted. The slide bushing (12) of the eccentric is connected via a supporting and compensating ball coupling (20) to a gear wheel (16), which is connected by a gear train to a motor. The supporting and compensating ball coupling (20) includes an upper half coupling (21) and a lower half coupling (23). The lower half coupling (23) is mounted, via a supporting slide bearing (22), inside an axis of rotation (15) of a counterweight (11); the axis of rotation rests on a flange, and the counterweight (11) is mounted on the axis by means of a slide bushing (19). The counterweight (11) is rigidly connected to the gear wheel (16) and to the lower half coupling (23) such that the counterweight (11), the gear wheel (16), the lower half coupling (23) and the slide bushing (19) form a single slide assembly of the counterweight (11), while the flange is rigidly secured to the bottom part of the crusher housing (1). Inside the crusher, the counterweight assembly provides for dynamic stabilization, thus making it possible to decrease the height of the crusher and increase the degree of crushing. |
