The exemplary embodiments provide an analog stick for use with an electronic controller. The analog stick preferably includes a top construct having a downward-facing substantially flat surface and a bottom construct which attaches to the top construct and contains an upward-facing substantially flat surface. A bearing is preferably positioned between the upward-facing surface and downward-facing surface. The top and bottom constructs can be attached using a number of different methods. Preferably, the bearing surrounds a portion of both the top and bottom constructs. |
