PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight and low-profile LED bulb having high heat radiation property.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a high-efficiency and low-profile LED bulb having high heat radiation property. Each lead frame has a top-down type tapered metal part, at a lower end part applicable so as to bend inwardly and form a lead frame bottom part cup suitable to be fitted to a low-profile LED lamp. In a modified embodiment, a heat sink independent from an electrode is bonded to the rear face of a lead frame together with a non-conductive adhesive, and heat and electricity are independent from each other. Consequently, heat can be mainly radiated from the heat sink without interference between heat and electricity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A |
