According to the present invention, a solar cell module can be installed on a ground having an inclined surface (a slope or a cutting area) as in a waste treatment facility, without damaging or destroying any underground facilities. A speciallyl designed H-shaped reinforced concrete structure has an uneven-shaped groove (valley) into which an I-shaped steel frame is inserted to be coupled thereto, such that the reinforced concrete structure is connected to the I-shaped steel frame. Thus, a plurality of solar cell modules (solar panels) is installed and fixed onto an upper portion of the reinforced concrete. In order to mount a module for a photovoltaic power generation system on the present invention, the I-shaped steel frame is inserted into the groove of the reinforced concrete structure, so that the I-shaped steel frame is closely attached to and fixed to the reinforced concrete structure. Thus, a vast plurality of solar cell modules may be installed in a stable and persistent structure. The surfaces of an inclined surface (a slope) and a cutting area are pressed by the weights of the steel frame and the solar cell modules on the top end of the reinforced concrete, so that the ground is naturally compacted. In addition, effects of preventing additional soil loss and the collapse due to natural weathering of the inclined surface can be expected. |
