PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed liquid or pasty food composition dispersible quickly and uniformly into hot water or water, and showing desired viscosity by being heated, which is a food composition having high microbial safety even when the used amount of an antibacterial component is small.SOLUTION: In a packed liquid or pasty food composition containing non-pregelatinized starch, sugar, water and an antibacterial component, the water activity is 0.84 or less, and the water content is 40 wt.% or less. |
