PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of detecting and targeting tumors and cells derived therefrom by using isolated antibodies and fragments thereof which bind to tumor antigens.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of detecting tumor and/or cancer cells of a patient by using an isolated antibody or fragment thereof which is polyclonal or monoclonal and has complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of a monoclonal antibody TAB-004. Also provided is a method for prognosing recurrence of cancer in a patient previously treated for the cancer or for prognosing progress of a cancer in a patient.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
