<p>It is intended to provide a hair treatment composition containing gamma-polyglutamic acid or its salt, a hair cosmetic for damaged hair containing the same, and use thereof. The hair treatment composition containing gamma-polyglutamic acid or its salt and the hair cosmetic for damaged hair have excellent effects of enhancing hair strength and improving hair frictional force. Thus, they can impart tension, flexibility, etc. to the damaged hair, prevent or relieve cutting or split ends of the hair, smoothen combing and improve the hair texture. At the same time, they can further exert various favorable effects, for example, the moisturizing effect inherent to gamma-polyglutamic acid or its salt, effects of preventing or relieving dandruff based on the above effect, an effect of controlling the roughness or creakiness of the hair and an effect of appropriately remaining on the hair.</p> |
