The pipe (10) has a projection (13) that is continuously helical running and radially protruding inwards and longitudinal to a pipe inner wall (12). The projection has a relatively small dimension that is radially protruding inwards for forming a fluid film that promotes a flow rate to a pipe inner wall. The projection is arranged between the pipe inner wall and a retrofitting pipe liner. The retrofitting pipe liner is brought by upending into the pipe inner wall and is pressed against the inner wall.
