PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a multifunctional machine to store a scan data file in a designated folder, even if the address of the designated folder of a PC previously designated changes. SOLUTION: A multifunctional machine 20 stores the file name of an ID file stored in the designated folder of a PC 60. The multifunctional machine 20 obtains, from the PC 60, the address of a shared folder that stores the ID file having the file name by searching the file name as a key.
