PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion device, a color conversion program, and a color conversion method that can suppress a memory consumption and convert an achromatic component value included in an output value into a suitable value corresponding to the kind of a recording medium. SOLUTION: A PC 10 performs color conversion processing to determine an adjustment parameter (a) corresponding to the kind of a recording form, and acquires output color data CMYK according to the determined adjustment parameter (a) by weighting first color data C<SB>1</SB>M<SB>1</SB>Y<SB>1</SB>K<SB>1</SB>and second color data C<SB>2</SB>M<SB>2</SB>Y<SB>2</SB>K<SB>2</SB>whose black component value K<SB>2</SB>for the same input color data RGB is larger than a black component value K<SB>1</SB>included in the first color data C<SB>1</SB>M<SB>1</SB>Y<SB>1</SB>K<SB>1</SB>, so that a black component value K included in the output color data CMYK can have a suitable value corresponding to the kind of the recording form. Further, the memory consumption can be suppressed small as compared with a case wherein the relation between input color data and black component value K is stored for each of kinds of storage forms.
