PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surrounding monitor system that transmits surrounding monitor information of a vehicle with other vehicle and executes more appropriate vehicle control in consideration of a user's vehicle state detected (monitored) by the other vehicle. SOLUTION: The surrounding monitor system includes: a user's vehicle information obtaining portion 13 that obtains user's vehicle information which includes surrounding monitor information detected by a means for monitoring the situation around the user's vehicle; a communication control portion 14 that controls receiving other vehicle information that includes surrounding monitor information detected by the other vehicle and controls transmitting the user's vehicle information obtained; a detected situation analyzing portion 15 that analyzes a user's vehicle situation detected by the other vehicle based on the obtained user's vehicle information and the received other vehicle information; and a control information output portion 17 that outputs vehicle control information in consideration of the user's vehicle situation detected by the other vehicle and analyzed by the detected situation analyzing portion 15.
