PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit analyzer capable of efficiently analyzing an influence on the entire integrated circuit by current transition caused upon separation supply of power to the region of a dynamic power control object for which the ON/OFF of the power is controlled dynamically for an instance, and to provide an integrated circuit analyzing method and a program. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit analyzer analyzes the influence exerted on the integrated circuit by the transition of a current upon separation supply of the power to the dynamic power control object region for which the ON/OFF of the power is controlled dynamically for the instance comprises: a dynamic analysis part 11 for extracting only the dynamic power control object region from the integrated circuit and obtaining a current waveform flowing when the power is separately supplied to the extracted dynamic power control object region by dynamic analysis; and a static analysis part 12 for modeling the plurality of instances to a current source on the basis of the current waveform analyzed by the dynamic analysis part 11 and obtaining the voltage drop of the entire integrated circuit by static analysis.
