PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an information processing device capable of setting a priority order of processing for each connection terminal; a data control method; and a program. SOLUTION: When a processing request occurs from a DVD drive 112 while transmission and reception of data are carried out between a USB driver 200 and a printer 201 through a port B of a plurality of connection ports A-D, the requested processing is performed by the USB driver 200 based on the processing order information for the connection port corresponding to the processing request that has occurred.
