PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam cover and a net device, which are enabled to realize energy reduction by reducing a resistance at a towing time.SOLUTION: A beam cover 3A is inserted into a fluid and is wound on at least a portion of the side face of a beam 2. An adhesion portion 10 is adhered to the side face of the beam 2 when the fluid flows in a direction to intersect in a longer direction. An overhang part 11 extends along the flow of the fluid backward of the beam 2. The adhesion portion 10 and the overhang part 11 form the streamlined outer shape section along the flow of the fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
