PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system that is less likely to perform erroneous detection and are capable of detecting and monitoring a patient's action such as a bed-leaving motion by using a simple configuration without restraining the patient's action through apparatus mounting etc.SOLUTION: A contact detection device comprises: voltage detection means for detecting a voltage variation caused by electromagnetic induction generated by a human body contacting with a conductive object; and communication means capable of notifying the outside of information on the detected voltage variation.
