PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet capable of achieving improvement in antistatic properties and pickup properties, and an optical member protected by the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 includes a first resin layer 6, an adhesive layer 7, a second resin layer 8, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in this order. The ratio of the thickness of the adhesive layer 7 to the sum of the thickness of the first resin layer 6 and the thickness of the second resin layer 8 is 0.5 or less. The storage modulus at 23°C of the adhesive layer 7 is 1.0×10-5.0×10Pa. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 also includes a top coat layer 14 on a surface of the first resin layer 6 which is opposite to the surface having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20. The top coat layer 14 is formed of a composition for the top coat layer 14 which contains a polyaniline sulfonic acid as a conductive polymer component, a polyester resin as a binder component, and an isocyanate compound as a crosslinking agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
