PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a device such as a newly introduced device which is not near an abnormal state of a probability of an abnormality.SOLUTION: A management server 101 of a management center 10 receives history (log) information of printers 122, 123, ... from customer devices 12, 14, receives attribution information on the printers 122, 123, ... from a terminal of a business/CE base device 16, and registers the history information and the attribution information in a database in association with each other. The management server 101 performs classification into categories on the basis of the attribution information, calculates an abnormality occurrence degree on the basis of the history information for each category, and notifies a printer which belongs to a classification with the abnormality occurrence degree exceeding a threshold of an abnormality occurrence probability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
