PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business task specification regeneration device which can extract exchange between a person and a system at an organizational level and a role level from logs of a system, and a business task specification regeneration method.SOLUTION: A business task specification regeneration device comprises: a case flow creation part 202 which creates a case flow indicating a flow of business tasks which have been performed by persons in charge for a case, on the basis of operation log data in which operations performed by each person in charge for business tasks necessary for implementing the case are recorded; a template creation part 203 which creates a business task hierarchy template indicating a relationship between organizational structures and the business tasks and an organizational structure template indicating a relationship between the organizational structures and the persons in charge, on the basis of organization data in which organizational structures for the business tasks and the business tasks are associated with each other, and the case flow which is created by the case flow creation part; and a business task flow creation part 204 which creates a business task flow indicating a flow of business tasks for each organizational structure, on the basis of the business task hierarchy template and the organizational structure template created by the template creation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
