PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing apparatus, a sterilization method, and a feed manufacturing method using hydrogen peroxide gas having sufficient sterilization performance and allowing the control of the water content in an object after sterilization.SOLUTION: A sterilizing apparatus comprises: a heater 25 that vaporizes hydrogen peroxide L to hydrogen peroxide gas; supply means 24 that supplies the hydrogen peroxide L to the heater 25; a treatment tank 3 that has a space 31 for sterilizing an object 100 using the hydrogen peroxide gas vaporized by the heater 25; and a control part 7 that controls the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide gas in the space 31 so that the concentration is not less than a concentration having a sterilization effect on the object 100 and so that the vapor amount contained in the space 31 is less than the saturated vapor amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
