<p>The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising an emulsion comprising hydrophobically modified particles, amino functionalized silicone and water; the cosmetic composition further comprising a moisturizing agent and at least one component selected from the group consisting of vitamin, anti-dandruff agent and surfactant, wherein the composition comprises at least a vitamin or anti-dandruff agent. The invention further relates to a method of treating a skin condition comprising the step of topically applying to the skin the cosmetic composition of the invention.</p> |
