The present invention relates to a diaphragm for lightening a brake booster. The diaphragm for lightening a brake booster is a diaphragm of a brake booster, comprising a shock absorbing part; and inner and outer fixating parts disposed on the inner and outer circumferences of the shock absorbing part, respectively. The inner and outer fixating parts are made of a different material from the shock absorbing part. Thus the diaphragm for lightening a brake booster has a reduced weight and reduces production costs as an existing steel based diaphragm plate is eliminated and the inner and outer fixating part for reinforcing are integrated with each other.
