The present invention relates to a multipurpose precast concrete block capable of improving stability and simplifying a construction process and a wall structure using the same. The multipurpose precast concrete block including a wall unit formed in a flat plate shape and supporting soil pressure or water pressure on the front and rear surfaces; an upper plate unit which is connected to the upper side of the wall unit and includes the flat plate shape; and a pile unit which passes through the lower part of the upper plate unit and the wall unit and of which the lower side is embedded into the ground or a foundation. Therefore, the present invention improves stability and provides a simple construction process. |
