The present invention relates to a method and a system for manufacturing, marketing, and promoting a user, possessions of the user, a service which is provided by the user, etc to surrounding people in the form of digital promotion materials based on the current location of the user by using a mobile terminal. The marketing and promoting method of the present invention includes the following steps in which: an LBS marketing server provides an initial screen if a mobile terminal is executed and connected; the LBS marketing server processes a login or a membership application; and the LBS marketing server receives location information from the connected mobile terminal, provides a main screen for application execution around the current location of the corresponding mobile terminal, and exposes digital promotion materials which are registered around the current location. The present invention is able to obtain a customized marketing effect while reducing promotion costs by digitalizing and personalizing promotion and marketing means in real time base on location by: processing an environment setting by providing an environment setting screen when clicking a setting in an application main screen; manufacturing digital promotion materials by registering promotion words and phrases and images in case of selecting a production; and selecting and exposing one of the digital promotion materials which are manufactured in the production within a range which is set by a user in case of selecting a distribution; searching digital promotion materials of all people who are exposed within a range which is set by the user in case of selecting a search; and obtaining various kinds of information by providing the list of digital promotion materials which are directly scraped by the user in case of selecting a storage box. |
