摘要 Provided is an inductor manufacturing method, comprising the following steps: (1) winding an enameled wire coil; (2) pressing first ferromagnetic powder into a magnetic core; (3) mounting the magnetic core into a hollow cavity of the coil; (4) mounting the coil into an injection mold; (5) uniformly stirring second ferromagnetic powder and high-temperature resin glue, so as to obtain a mixed powder body; (6) injecting the mixed powder body into the injection mold for molding, so as to obtain an outer magnet and guarantee that the density of the outer magnet is smaller than that of the magnetic core; and (7) cooling and de-molding the outer magnet, so as to obtain a molded inductor. The inductor manufactured by means of the above solution has the following advantages: (1) the thermal conductivity is better, and the service life is long; (2) the density of a magnetic core is different from that of an outer magnet, a totally-closed magnetic shielding structure is achieved integrally, and compared with the EMI effect of a conventional integrally-molded inductor, the EMI effect of an inductor is better; and (3) the problem of destroying of a coil caused by a mechanical stress in original integral molding is solved, that is, the insulating power of an original coil is not damaged or destroyed.
