Disclosed are a heat dissipating member, communication heat dissipating system and communication heat dissipating method. The heat dissipating member is used in combination with a heat dissipating device for a communication device. The heat dissipating device comprises a first main heat dissipating member provided with a through hole (31), and the heat dissipating member comprises a heat conductive portion (11), a heat transfer portion (12) and a heat dissipating portion (13). The heat conductive portion (11) contacts, via the through hole (31), a heat generating device (61) in the heat dissipating device for the communication device, and is connected to the heat transfer portion (12). The heat transfer portion (12) is connected to the heat dissipating portion (13), and the absorbed heat of the heat conductive portion is transferred, via the heat transfer portion, to the heat dissipating portion to be dissipated. |
