A method of fabricating fluid fertilizer using fish by-products according to an embodiment comprises a step of forming a fish by-product smashing material by smashing the fish by-products; a step of making a mixed liquid by mixing 200-250 kg of the by-product smashing material, and 80-90 kg of syrup with 30-50l of an effective microorganisms (EM) undiluted solution; and a step of ripening the mixed liquid for three months to one year at 25-40°C. |
