The present invention relates to a method for producing mineral water using lava seawater and mineral water by the same. Drinkable mineral water is produced by maintaining plenty of minerals in and removing salts from lava seawater. The method of the present invention comprises: a pretreatment step of obtaining first brine by pre-treating lava seawater through a micro-filtering or an ultra-filtering technique; a step of obtaining second brine through a reverse osmosis device from the first brine obtained in the pretreatment step; a step of obtaining third brine through an electrical dialyzer from the first brine obtained in the pretreatment step; a step of obtaining fourth brine by filtering materials having low molecular weights and polymer- and colloid-type materials of the first brine obtained in the pretreatment step using an ultra filtration (UF) hollow fiber membrane; a step of obtaining concentrated mineral water from the obtained fourth brine using a rotary evaporating and concentrating device; and a step of producing mineral water having a hardness of 20 to 350 by mixing the second brine with the third brine at a wt% ratio of 12:1 to 90:1 and by mixing a precipitate, which is obtained by filtering the concentrated mineral water through a filter, with brine, which is mixed with the second brine and third brine, at a wt% ratio of 4:1000 to 17:1000. |
