<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology manufacturing in high productivity by an extrusion molding method a cathode film having thin and uniform thickness and stable electric characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A polyether series polymer composition for the cathode film contains a polyether series polymer, an active material, a conductivity imparting agent, and a polymer organic asid salt. The cathode film is formed by extrusion-molding the polyether series polymer composition. A battery contains the cathode film.
