<p>[PROBLEMS] A vial is conveyed to a tablet cassette and the vial receives tablets easily and reliably. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A tablet filling device is constructed from a tablet feeding unit (3) and an arm unit (44). The tablet feeding unit (3) has, removably installed on it, tablet feeders (11) arranged in the horizontal and vertical directions, and the tablet feeders (11) are capable of discharging tablets on a one-by-one basis. The arm unit (44) conveys an empty vial (9) and fills the vial (9) with tablets discharged from the tablet feeders (11) of the tablet feeding unit (3). Also, the arm unit (44) has a perpendicularly moving base (49), an arm base (52), and an arm (68). The perpendicularly moving base (49) is capable of moving in the horizontal and vertical directions, along horizontal rails (42a, 42b) and along a vertical rail (43), where the horizontal and vertical rails being arranged in the directions in which the tablet feeders (11) of the tablet feeding unit (3) are placed. The arm base (52) is provided on the perpendicularly moving base (49) so as to be slidable in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the horizontal rails (42a, 42b) and to be swingable in the horizontal direction. The arm (68) is provided on the arm base (52) so as to be able to hold the vial (9).</p> |
