<p>A mobile communication system, a mobile terminal, and a transmission scheduling method thereof are provided to alleviate interference to adjacent cells right before or after an SHO(Soft-Hand-Over) state and to improve throughput in adjacent cells. A mobile communication system comprises a plurality of MTs(Mobile Terminals)(1), the first BS(Base Station)(2), the second BS(4), and an RNC(Radio Network Controller)(8). The first BS(2) controls transmission rates for the MTs individually. The second BS(4) is adjacent to the first BS(2). The RNC(8) controls the first and second BSs(2,4). An SHO area(6) is respectively provided for the cells covered by the first and second BSs(2,4). Adjustment areas(7-1,7-2) are respectively provided for the cells externally adjacent to the SHO areas(6).</p> |
