PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent-labeled oligonucleotide probe which enables the detection of a target nucleic acid including DNA in both a homogeneous system or heterogeneous system, to provide a method for detecting a target nucleic acid with the probe, and to provide a method for identifying a single nucleotide polymorphism.

SOLUTION: This fluorescent-labeled oligonucleotide probe comprises a 2'-pyrene-modified nucleotide and a type A structure-inducing nucleic acid disposed adjacently to the 2'-pyrene-modified nucleotide. The method for detecting a target nucleic acid is characterized by using the probe.
