PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure suitable for a sensor unit having a diaphragm made of thermoplastic elastomer.SOLUTION: The sensor unit includes: a base substance 120 in a form of a container having an aperture 123; a diaphragm 110 made of thermoplastic elastomer which encapsulates the aperture 123; and a cap 130 which is engaged with the base substance 120 and applies a pressing force to the diaphragm 110 toward the aperture 123. The diaphragm 110 includes: a first fixation unit 111 cohering with an outer peripheral surface of the aperture 123; a second fixation unit 112 which is disposed within the first fixation unit 111 and coheres with an edge face of the aperture 123; a disciform displacement unit 115 which is disposed within the second fixation unit 112 and is displaced in accordance with a pressure; a film-like thin wall unit 114 connecting the second fixation unit 112 and the displacement unit 115; and a projection which protrudes from the second fixation unit 112 toward the side of the cap 130, is scattered over a circumference and comes into contact with the cap 130. |
