PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of executing magnification reconstruction of a medical image without performing a complicated operation, and a medical image processor.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a medical image diagnostic apparatus which reconstructs a first image about a cross section of a subject on the basis of data inside the subject collected from the subject, and displays the reconstructed first image. The medical image diagnostic device relating to an embodiment includes determination means, reconstruction means, and display means. The determination means determines the area of a first image enlarged in accordance with an operator's operation to the displayed first image as a reconstruction range. The reconstruction means reconstructs a second image corresponding to the area determined as the reconstruction range on the basis of the data inside the subject. The display means displays the reconstructed second image. |
