<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like solar cell which is superior in production efficiency and which does not have a defect and variation in performance. <P>SOLUTION: When polyamic acid is flow-expanded to a support body and is dried, an imidization rate of one face (A surface) of a polyimide precursor film is set to be IMa and that of the other face (B surface) to be IMb, the polyimide precursor film in which a difference of the imidization rates of IMa and IMb is 5 or below is obtained. A polyimide film is obtained by imidizing the polyimide precursor film by heat. A photoelectric conversion thin film is laminated on the colorless and transparent polyimide film whose light transmission rate in a wavelength 500 nm is 50% or above in the film-like solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
