<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and effectively freeze and preserve a cell derived from a tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The tissue is fragmented and the fragmented pieces of the tissue are cultured in a prescribed culture medium. The cultured pieces of the tissue are then recovered and suspended in a freezing and protective solution.
