<p>Spacer fabric and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to offer massage effect for a driver driving a car for a long time and offer agreeable surface temperature of a sheet. Spacer fabric includes a top layer, a bottom layer, and a plurality of pile yarns connecting to the top layer and the bottom layer. The bottom layer and the top layer are formed with latent self crimping yarns and draw textured yarns. LSCY is a side by side typed yarn including one or two components selected from a group consisting of polyethyleneterephthalate, polytrimethyleneterephthalate, polybutyleneterephthalate, and nylon. The DTY is manufactured by drawing polyester or nylon filaments. Thickness of the LSCY and the DTY is 75 ~ 400 denier. The pile yarn includes a component selected from a group consisting of polyester, the nylon, acryl, metallic fiber and carbon fiber.</p> |
